Our Story

A Legacy of Scent

Veloura was born in 2010 from the vision of master perfumer Isabella Moreau. Disenchanted with mass-produced scents, she set out to create a perfume house where every fragrance is a personal expression of art and emotion.

What began as a small atelier in Grasse, France, has blossomed into an internationally celebrated brand—yet we remain true to our roots: small batches, hand‑selected ingredients, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Today, Veloura perfumes are worn by discerning individuals in over 40 countries who appreciate the subtle power of a truly luxurious fragrance.

Craftsmanship

The Making of a Masterpiece

Every Veloura fragrance undergoes a meticulous journey from raw ingredient to finished perfume.

Ingredient Sourcing

We travel the globe to source the finest natural raw materials—Bulgarian roses, Madagascan vanilla, and rare Oud from Southeast Asia—ensuring purity and sustainability.

Artisanal Blending

Our master perfumers blend each composition by hand in small batches, using techniques passed down through generations. No two bottles are ever exactly alike.

Aging & Maturation

After blending, the perfume rests for several weeks in temperature‑controlled cellars, allowing the notes to harmonize and develop their full depth and character.

"A great perfume is not just smelled—it is felt. It whispers a story only the wearer can truly understand."

— Isabella Moreau, Founder & Master Perfumer
