Ordering

Browse our Shop or Collections, add your chosen perfume to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping and payment details, then confirm your order.

Orders are processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel, please contact our Customer Care team within 2 hours of placing your order. Once shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $150. Express delivery is available for a flat rate of $25. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for standard and 1–3 days for express.

Yes, we ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds

You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Please contact our team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid label.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
