Welcome to Veloura. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online boutique. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

We strive to display our perfumes as accurately as possible. However, colors and packaging may vary slightly from the images shown. All descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website and may have limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.
All prices are listed in US Dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount, including shipping fees.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the incorrectly priced item, regardless of order confirmation.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $150. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Veloura is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate a return. Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and fragrance descriptions, is the property of Veloura and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Veloura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
